Warranty Policy

Warranty case:

– The product has just been received  not the same as the picture provided or on the website

2. Cases not covered by warranty:

– Unsatisfied products of customers after completion

– The product is dented, deformed due to impact

– The product has lost the manufacturer’s label

3. Conditions for exchange or 100% refund:

– The product is found to be defective by the manufacturer upon receipt.

– The product is not the same as the product you ordered on our website.

Note:

– Customers need to return the goods within 03 working days from the time you receive the goods.

– Returned products need to have the original label, box, and packaging intact as when you first received the goods
